    Team Leader (Permanent)

    ABOUT THE JOB:
    You are responsible in leading a team of Telesales Executive (Insurance) to achieve the team’s sales target. This is inclusive of planning, organizing Team Sales strategies, coaching in terms of sales skills and qualitative aspects of sales to the team.
    REQUIREMENTS:
    Possess a Diploma or Degree or its equivalent in any discipline from a recognized academic institutions with minimum of one (1) year Telesales Advisory role experience
    A team player with an energetic and flexible working style
    Good communication and interpersonal skills
    Proactive approach to problem solving
    Able to make decisions and lead whilst under pressure
    Hands-on approach in coaching and developing staff
    Result-driven and able to work independently to achieve sales target
    Computer literate – Microsoft Office, Excel and Powerpoint
    Familiar with Telesales Systems will be an added advantage.

    Telesales Executive (Contract)

    ABOUT THE JOB:
    Telemarketing Maybank Group Consumer Banking Products professionally.
    SKILLS AND REQUIREMENT:
    Results-driven and self-motivated individual
    Relevant telesales experience
    Good knowledge in Financial and Banking Products
    Team player with initiative and assertiveness
    Strong interpersonal and telephone skills
    Ability to cope under rigorous pressure
    Highly propelled with zeal to meet high sales targets
    Persistent and supportive attitude
    Excellent communicator with all levels of professionals
    REQUIREMENTS:
    Minimum of Sijil Pelajaran Malaysia (SPM) with credits in Bahasa Melayu, English and Mathematics or;
    Possess a Diploma or Degree or its equivalent in any discipline from a recognized academic institution with a minimum CGPA of 2.50/4.00
    Result driven and self motivated individuals
    Relevant telesales experience
    Good knowledge in financial and banking products
    Team player with initiatives and assertiveness
    Strong interpersonal and telephone skills

    6. Two (2) passport sized photos
    7. A copy of Parents’ IC or Parents’ IC number
    8. EPF, SOCSO & Income Tax No (if any)
    9. A copy of spouses’s IC (if any)
